BURGLARY OF VEHICLE 

An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of Lovers Lane at approximately 9:04 AM in regards to a possible burglary. The victim reported that an unknown suspect entered her vehicle while it was parked and stole property. 

BURGLARY OF HABITATION

A residence in the 4300 block of McFarlin Boulevard was burglarized during the day. The burglary was discovered at approximately 3:28 PM. Many pieces of expensive jewelry were taken. 


AUGUST 1

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE 

An unknown person popped the lock on a 28-year-old male's pick up truck, then took the victim's drivers license and credit card from the vehicle's console. The incident occurred while the vehicle was parked outside of the victim's residence in the 4200 block of Stanford Avenue between the hours of 2:20 AM and 8:50 AM.

DRIVING WHILE iNTOXICATED 

An officer drove upon a vehicle at the intersection of Lovers Lane and Preston Road at approximately 5:43 AM. The driver was asleep at the wheel. Police conducted further investigation, then arrest the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated. 

THEFT OF PROPERTY 

A 30-year-old female victim advised police that an unknown person had entered her backyard and removed a table saw and a pole saw without her consent. The theft occurred in the 3500 block of Northwest Parkway and was discovered at approximately 4:04 PM.  

THEFT OF PROPERTY 

An officer was dispatched to investigate a theft in the 4200 block of Normandy Avenue. There, the officer spoke with a victim who stated that at approximately 3:55 PM, an unknown suspect had taken a bicycle from the location without the owner's consent.
