FEBRUARY 22

Home Burglary
A 35-year-old resident reported that two mountain bicycles were stolen from her garage while the door was left open between noon and 1 p.m. in the 4100 block of Emerson Avenue.

FEBRUARY 23

Criminal Mischief
A 44-year-old resident reported that someone let the air out of the tires of her 2006 Mercedes around 4:47 p.m. in the 4100 block of Grassmere Lane.

Possession of Drugs and Paraphernalia
Police found marijuana and rolling papers in a 1998 Buick after a K-9 detected the items during a sweep of the Highland Park High School parking garage around 10 a.m. in the 6700 block of Westchester Drive.

Possession of Drugs and Paraphernalia
Police found marijuana, a glass pipe, digital scale, grinder, plastic bags, an open beer can with beer in it and other drug-related items inside of a 2002 BMW after a K-9 detected the items during a sweep of the Highland Park High School parking garage around 10 a.m. in the 6700 block of Westchester Drive.

FEBRUARY 24

Theft
A 46-year-old resident reported that her son’s bicycle was stolen in between 6 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. in the 3500 block of Lovers Lane while he was playing at the park.

FEBRUARY 25

Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information
A 75-year-old resident, who lives in the 4100 block of Stanhope Drive, reported that someone used her credit card without permission to make several purchases.

Criminal Mischief
A 45-year-old resident reported that someone used a pellet gun to damage a window on the back of her house at 4:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Milton Avenue.

FEBRUARY 26

Vehicle Burglary
A 46-year-old resident reported that someone entered her 2006 Chrysler and stole a wallet, driver’s license, $40 cash, an iPhone 4 and $150 of other miscellaneous property between 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. in the 8400 block of Tulane Boulevard.

FEBRUARY 27

Vehicle Burglary
A 42-year-old resident reported that someone entered her unlocked 2009 GMC Yukon and stole a $250 xylophone between 7 p.m. Feb. 26 and 7 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 2700 block of Hanover Street.

Vehicle Burglary
A 44-year-old resident reported that someone entered his 2007 JEEP Commander and stole an Apple MacBook, Apple iPad, Toshiba external hard drive and other computer items between 7 p.m. Feb. 26 and 7:20 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 4100 block of Grassmere Lane.

Fail to Comply With Requirements on Striking Unattended Vehicle
A 48-year-old resident reported that someone damaged her 2006 Honda Odyssey but did not leave information at the scene at 7:20 a.m. in the 3900 block of Amherst Street.
