FEB. 1

FOUND PROPERTY

A 57-year-old resident reported that she found a handgun on the ground at 8 a.m. in the 4600 block of Versailles Avenue.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 65-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect entered his daughter’s vehicle and stole several items between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Jan. 30 in the 4600 block of Belclaire Avenue.

 

FEB. 2

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 44-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and stole a bag containing a laptop and a pair of sunglasses between 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 30 and 9:24 a.m. on Jan. 31 in the 4400 block of Beverly Drive.

LARCENY - THEFT

A 68-year-old resident in the 3500 block of Harvard Avenue reported that a manuscript was missing from her attic, and she suspects that two of her employees stole the manuscript for financial gain.

 

FEB. 5

FRAUD

A local restaurant owner reported that a known suspect reported glass in her food, supposedly resulting in a broken tooth on Oct. 29. She produced a receipt from a dental office, and the restaurant provided payment.

 

FEB. 6

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

A 40-year-old resident reported that his vehicle was stolen by two unknown suspects between 10 p.m. on Feb. 5 and 10 a.m. on Feb. 6 in the 4200 block of Lomo Alto Court.
