LARCENY - THEFT
A 63-year-old resident reported that a firearm and box of ammo were missing from his nightstand and were taken sometime between Nov. 7 and Nov. 15 in the 4500 block of Arcady Avenue.
NOV. 17
BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
A 31-year-old resident reported that the rear seats were stolen from her 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 17 in the 4300 block of Westway Avenue.
DAMAGE TO TOWN PROPERTY
A truck driver struck a tree in the 4800 block of Armstrong Avenue, causing a large limb to break into the street around 7:22 p.m.

FOUND PROPERTY
A maintenance worker reported finding a zip lock bag with a white powdery substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine, at 5:17 p.m. in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive.
NOV. 19
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A 48-year-old resident in the 4500 block of Lorraine Avenue reported that she noticed the third-row seats in her GMC Yukon XL were folded down, but that her seats had been in the “up” position when she’d last exited the vehicle. The back window’s latch was found to be damaged. The victim had her third-row seats stolen previously, so she installed a locking mechanism on the seats. After investigating, nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
A 38-year-old resident in the 4400 block of Livingston Avenue reported that she noticed that the back window to her 2011 Chevrolet Suburban was closed but unlatched and that the third-row seats in her vehicle were folded down. She stated that her seats had been in the “up” position when she’d last exited the vehicle. The victim’s vehicle had been broken into previously, so she installed a locking mechanism on the third-row seats. After investigating, nothing appeared to be missing from the vehicle.
FOUND PROPERTY
A Town employee reported that he found a black Audi automotive accessory in the 3500 block of Armstrong Avenue at 10:57 a.m.
BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
A 37-year-old resident reported that the third-row seats were stolen from his 2013 Cadillac Escalade overnight in the 4500 block of Arcady Avenue.
FAILURE TO LEAVE IDENTIFICATION
A 74-year-old Dallas resident reported that an unknown subject caused damage to her vehicle while she shopped at Whole Foods and left without leaving identification between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive.
BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
A 23-year-old resident reported that the third-row seats were stolen from his 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe between 1 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the 4500 block of Versailles Avenue.

BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
A 53-year-old Dallas resident reported that an unknown suspect entered her vehicle without her consent and stole her Chanel purse, valued at $3,500, which contained a matching Chanel wallet, valued at $900, while she was dropping off a package at 11:30 a.m. in the 4800 block of Lemmon Avenue.
NOV. 21
FAILURE TO LEAVE IDENTIFICATION
A 38-year-old University Park resident reported that a known suspect struck his vehicle at 1:58 p.m. in the 4300 block of Mockingbird Lane and showed his ID card, but fled the scene before providing the required insurance information. The victim stated that the suspect seemed intoxicated and had a cast on his leg, and crutches were visible in the car. When the victim suggested the suspect call a friend to pick him up, the suspect refused. The victim then mentioned contacting the police, and the suspect left the scene.
