MARCH 12

Theft
A 45-year-old resident of McKinney reported that a leaf blower, edger and weed eater were stolen from a truck belonging to Lawns of Dallas between 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. in the 4200 block of Armstrong Parkway.

MARCH 13

Theft
A 62-year-old resident reported that someone stole three fixed framed windows and a standard metal door to his home, which is currently under construction, between March 9 and March 13 in the 5000 bock of Airline Road. Also, 10 rolls of copper wire and an HVAC unit were missing from a trailer in front of the residence.

MARCH 14

Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle
A 35-year-old resident reported that a vehicle hit her 2010 Mercedes, causing scratches to the right side of the rear bumper, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. March 13 in the Highland Park Shopping Village parking lot.

MARCH 15

Theft
A 13-year-old boy attempted to steal sushi from Whole Foods Market at 11:50 a.m. in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive.

MARCH 16

Vehicle Burglary
A 30-year-old resident of Dallas reported that he witnessed two men steal a leaf blower from his truck at 11:55 a.m. in the 3600 block of Gillon Avenue.

MARCH 17

Vehicle Burglary
A 35-year-old resident of Grand Prairie reported that an unknown person smashed a window on her 2004 Honda Accord and stole her purse, containing $150 cash, a driver's license, and numerous credit and debit cards, between 2:20 p.m. and 6:46 p.m. in the 4500 block of Roland Avenue.

Theft of Motor Vehicle
A 29-year-old resident of Irving reported that his 2002 Nissan Xterra was stolen between noon and 9 p.m. in the 3100 block of Drexel Drive. Items that were in the car include a chiropractic table, doctor’s bag of diagnostic equipment, toolbox with miscellaneous tools, two baseball gloves, motorcycle helmet, backpack, motorcycle gloves and jacket, one set of keys, Bluetooth headset, two textbooks and a set of flashcards.
