The Lady Scots Track and Field competed last Thursday in the Midway Relays taking first place in both the Varsity and Junior Varsity Divisions. 28 personal records were set between the two teams. Go Scots!
Varsity medalist included:
- Falyn Reaugh - first in the High Jump and Triple Jump and second in the Long Jump
- Edie Terrell - first in the Pole Vault
- The team of Sophia Vidal, Grace Beitter, Falyn Reaugh and Maddy Stephens - 1st in the 4x400m relay
- Grace Beitter - 2nd in the 800 meter run
- Emma Parker - 3rd in the 3200m
- Maddy Stephens - 3rd in the 800m run
- Grace Watts - 3rd in the 300m hurdles
- Olivia Scott - 3rd in the 1600m run
Junior Varsity medalist included:
- Christi Krikorian - 1st in the pole vault
- Alex Davey - 1st in the 3200m and 1st in the 1600m
- Brynn Weakley - 1st in the 800m
- Olivia Aasheim - 2nd in the 3200m and the 1600m
- Ashley Booe - 2nd in the 200m dash
- The team of Elizabeth Brimmage, Haley Gatt, Ashely Booe and Brynn Weakley - 2nd in the 4x400m
- Libby Kinahan - 3rd in the 3200m and the 1600m
- Ashley Giotes - 3rd in the 800m
The Lady Scots compete later today in the Ron McNeil meet at Kimbrough Stadium.
Tomorrow, members of the Lady Scots will head to Austin to compete in the Texas Relays. Best wishes to the athletes that will be representing Highland Park:
