JULY 6

IDENTITY THEFT

A 33-year-old resident in the 4500 block of Livingston Avenue reported that an unknown person opened an AT&T account without her consent between June 23 and July 6.

IDENTITY THEFT

A 60-year-old resident in the 4500 block of S. Versailles Avenue reported that an unknown person had filed a tax return using his information without his consent between June 29 and July 6.

JULY 8

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A 31-year-old non-resident reported that an unknown suspect cut the lock on a gate at a construction site in the 5000 block of Airline Road and also cut the lock on a trailer within the site, but there was nothing to steal from the trailer. 

LARCENY - THEFT

A 61-year-old resident reported that two framed historical items relating to the home he recently purchased were stolen by a contractor sometime between May 15 and June 11 in the 4600 block of Mockingbird Lane.

LARCENY - THEFT

A 40-year-old resident reported that her platinum Cartier wedding band and a pair of pearl earrings were stolen from her home, possibly by plumbers, sometime between May 29 and July 5 in the 4400 block of Westway Avenue.

BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE

An 80-year-old resident reported that a change purse was stolen from his unlocked 2012 Toyota RAV between June 29 and July 8 in the 3500 block of St. Johns Drive.

JULY 10

FAILURE TO LEAVE IDENTIFICATION

An 84-year-old resident reported that he struck an unknown vehicle and the other driver did not stop to exchange information at 12 p.m. in the 3900 block of Mockingbird Lane.

JULY 11

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A 54-year-old resident reported that she parked a 2009 Ford Mustang on the curb outside her home in the 3200 block of Beverly Drive, and when she returned, the front bumper was damaged and the vehicle had been pushed approximately 20 feet from where it was originally parked.
