JULY 6

BURGLARY OF HABITATION

A 32-year-old resident reported that an unknown person entered her apartment and stole her television sometime between July 3 and July 6 in the 3300 block of Daniel Avenue.

VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER

A suspect was arrested for violating a protective order in the 2800 block of University Boulevard at 11:12 a.m.

THEFT UNDER $50 (FROM MOTOR VEHICLE)

A 54-year-old resident reported that the rear license plate was stolen from his 2009 GMC Sierra between 12:15 p.m. and 2:20 p.m. in the 3500 block of Caruth Boulevard.

THEFT OF FIREARM (FROM MOTOR VEHICLE)

A 41-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect entered his unlocked 2009 GMC Yukon and took a bag containing a handgun sometime between July 1 and July 4 in the 6700 block of Golf Drive.

JULY 7

BURGLARY OF HABITATION

A 22-year-old resident reported that a girls road bike was stolen from an open garage overnight in the 3400 block of University Boulevard.

JULY 9

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A 53-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect used a prying tool to force the front door open while residents were on vacation between June 26 and July 9 in the 4200 block of Greenbrier Drive.

JULY 10

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 33-year-old non-resident reported that an unknown suspect broke the window of her 2011 Cadillac Escalade and stole her purse between 10 a.m. and 1:38 p.m. in the 3500 block of Lovers Lane.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

A 67-year-old resident reported that an unknown person entered an unlocked building between 10:30 a.m. and 12:49 p.m. in the 6500 block of Hillcrest Avenue.

THEFT UNDER $50 (SHOPLIFTING)

A 24-year-old employee of CVS, in the 3000 block of Mockingbird Lane, reported that an unknown suspect took property without paying at 6:11 p.m.

JULY 11

THEFT OF SERVICE

A 45-year-old non-resident reported that known suspects left the business without paying.

JULY 12

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

A 44-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect opened a Target credit card account without his permission on June 28.
