Criminal Mischief
A 57-year-old resident of University Park reported that an unknown suspect(s) shattered the window to her 2002 Lexus between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of Overhill Drive but no items were removed from the vehicle.

DECEMBER 7

Theft
A 35-year-old resident of Plano reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole a $1,400 lawn mower, $700 "Max Blower," and a $400 weed eater from his lawn company's flatbed trailer between 10:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the 4500 block of N. Versailles Avenue.

Home Burglary
A 41-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole five sets of golf clubs from his garage between 2:30 p.m. to 3:10 p.m. in the 3200 block of Drexel Drive.

Theft
A 29-year-old resident of Dallas reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole her Apple MacBook Pro laptop from her cubicle in her office while she was out between 12:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the 5500 block of Preston Road.

Damage to Town Property
A 48-year-old Highland Park employee reported that a suspect hit his parked patrol vehicle causing a "white paint transfer and a small dent to the cab" at 9 a.m. in the 4800 block of Cole Avenue.

Vehicle Burglary
A 51-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) broke a window to her 2005 Lexus ES 330 and stole a new Pyrex dish from the backseat between 8:20 p.m. and 11:23 p.m in the 4700 block of Abbott Avenue. A window was also broken on a 1989 Mercedes 560 SEL parked in line with the Lexus, but nothing was taken from the vehicle.

DECEMBER 8

Failed to Leave ID at Accident
A 52-year-old resident of Desoto reported that a suspect's vehicle struck his 2008 Smart Car Convertible then drove off without leaving information at the scene at 7:45 p.m. Nov. 30 in the parking lot at Highland Park Shopping Village.

DECEMBER 9

Theft
A 37-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect stole all four tires off of his Cadillac Escalade and left the vehicle sitting on "four red, crescent shaped paving stones" while it was parked in his driveway between 10 p.m. Dec. 8 and 7:45 a.m. Dec. 9 in the 4500 block of Highland Drive.

Fraudulent Use of Identifying Info
A 52-year-old resident, who lives in the 4200 block of Bordeaux Avenue, reported an unknown suspect used her 21-year-old daughter's name, date of birth and social security number to file taxes somewhere in Florida.

Identity Theft By Electronic Device
A 62-year-old resident, who lives in the 3100 block of St. Johns Drive, reported that a suspect was approved for "two separate online vehicle loans" from Bank of America under her name.

DECEMBER 10

Found Property
A 26-year-old resident of Dallas dropped off keys to the Highland Park DPS, which he found while on a walk at 4 p.m. in the 3900 block of Mockingbird Lane.
