Well, it's official: SMU will be playing in its third consecutive bowl game under head coach June Jones.

SMU (7-5) will be taking on Pitt (6-6) in the BBVA Compass Bowl at 1 p.m. Jan. 7 in Birmingham, Ala. The game will be broadcast on ESPN. (Click here to see a complete list of bowl games for this season.)

But now Mustang fans are wondering if Jones will be sticking around for next year.

According to reports, Jones has been interviewing with Arizona State University for its head coaching position. Will he be hired at ASU, and would he leave SMU for an opportunity to coach in the PAC? Having ended SMU's 24-year bowl drought, the coach can obviously build a program.

So, does Jones stay here in Dallas? I think most Mustang fans sure hope so.
