Park Cities residents are invited to attend a "civilized" New Year's Eve event at the Highland Park Village Theatre.

On Dec. 31, a total of 180 guests will be able to ring in the new year by eating a catered dinner, listening to a live performance by the musical group Jackopierce, and watching the Ball Drop in Times Square at 11 p.m. on television at the Theatre.

Tickets to the event also include valet parking, a copy of a Jackopierce's new album, pictures taken by a professional photographer, party favors, a champagne toast and more.
