Belmont Village Senior Living Community Relations Director Lisa Mach Receives 2017 TALA Hero Award

For the second consecutive year, the Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) has awarded Belmont Village’s Lisa Mach with the Director of Sales Hero Award for her dedication and excellence in leadership.  Mach has been with Belmont Village Turtle Creek since before its opening in October 2013-from the hard hat phase to today- helping to grow it into a vibrant community.

Mach’s repeated recognition stems from her willingness to go the extra mile for the families who look to Belmont Village for support.  She is known for her willingness to meet with families any day of the week, at any time day or night, to help them through the sometimes-difficult decision to place parents in memory care, with compassion and understanding. The families she works with trust her, confide in her and lean on her. “We are grateful to have such a dedicated and passionate employee representing Belmont Village and are honored that she has chosen to build her career with us,” said Nancy Sanders, Executive Director of Belmont Village Turtle Creek.
