INTERFERENCE WITH CHILD CUSTODY
A 43-year-old male resident living in the 3400 block of Wentwood Drive did not comply with a child custody order as instructed by the court.
FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Police responded to a reported fraud in the 4400 block of Hanover Street. An unknown person was using a 53-year-old male victim's personal identifiers to open credit accounts without his permission.
JULY 4
BURGLARY OF VEHICLE
Two female residents reported that an unknown suspect entered their car while it was parked in the 6400 block of Lomo Alto Drive. The burglary occurred between 12:00 PM and 12:15 PM. The burglar made off with roughly $5,000 worth of possessions (mostly purses).
JULY 6
BURGLARY OF BUILDING
Police responded to a reported burglary in the 3200 block of Westminster Avenue. The victim, a 56-year-old male resident, reported that an unknown suspect broke into his detached garage and stole his Honda motorcycle. The bike was last seen on July 5 at 6:00 PM and was noticed missing at 7:00 AM the next morning.
JULY 7
RESISTING ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT/BURGLARY
An unknown suspect broke the front window of the Preston Road Pharmacy and entered the business in an attempt to commit a burglary. Officers arrived on the scene and took the male suspect into custody at approximately 5:35 AM.
BURGLARY OF VEHICLE
At approximately 11:12 AM, a 35-year-old female resident reported that an unknown suspect had used force to pry open the back window hatch of her vehicle in order to remove the third-row seat without consent. The incident occurred while her vehicle was parked overnight outside of her residence in the 4200 block of Windsor Parkway.
JULY 9
FAILURE TO GIVE INFORMATION
A police officer responded to a speeding vehicle call in the 3800 block of Amherst Street. The vehicle in question was running stop signs and hit a parked vehicle. The suspect then fled the scene without leaving information.
