DALLAS - June 28, 2017- The Dallas Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the leading global organization for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research, raised more than $350,000 from this year’s Cliff Harris JDRF Reunion Golf Classic, thanks to its generous sponsors and donors. The 2017 Cliff Harris JDRF Reunion Golf Classic was held at the Dallas Athletic Club Monday, June 19, 2017. Over the past nine years, the event has collectively raised $2.5 million to support JDRF’s mission of accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat T1D and its complications.

“We are thrilled with the success of this year’s golf tournament, as it allows us to continue to support advances in T1D, which help people live longer and with fewer complications from diabetes,” said Amy Camp, executive director of JDRF Greater Dallas. “We would like to thank our amazing host Cliff Harris, special guest Craig Morton, the other athletes and celebrities who support us each year, our tireless volunteers and most importantly, our generous sponsors and donors.”
