Fraud
A 65-year-old resident, who lives in the 3500 block of Marquette Street, reported that an unknown person obtained a student loan with his information.
MAY 24
Theft
A 42-year-old resident reported that two wheel cover caps were stolen off her 2009 Cadillac Escalade between 5:30 p.m. on May 23 and 7:45 a.m. on May 24 while it was parked in front of her residence in the 2900 block of Amherst Street.
Theft
A 47-year-old resident, who lives in the 4300 block of Windsor Parkway, reported that an unknown person stole her daughter's cellphone between 3 p.m. on May 21 and 8 a.m. on May 24 at McCulloch Intermediate School/Highland Park Middle School.
Theft
A 50-year-old resident of Terrell was arrested for stealing four microwave dinners, two PowerBars, one pair of socks and two Muscle Milk liquid supplements around 2:15 p.m. from a CVS store in the 3000 block of Mockingbird Lane.
Vehicle Burglary
A 40-year-old resident of Frisco reported that an unknown person broke a window to her 2012 Acura MDX and stole $350 of property between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of Lovers Lane.
MAY 25
Vehicle Burglary
A 53-year-old resident of Plano reported that an unknown person entered her vehicle, ransacked the interior and stole a key around 8:15 a.m. in the 3600 block of McFarlin Boulevard.
Theft
A 40-year-old resident reported that an unknown person stole her vehicle between 10 p.m. on May 24 and 10:30 a.m. on May 25 in the 3500 block of Granada Avenue.
Vehicle Burglary
An unknown suspect broke into a 2004 Ford Explorer, which belongs to a 32-year-old resident of Dallas, and ransacked the interior and stole $5 between 8 p.m. on May 24 and 11:30 a.m. on May 25 in the 3600 block of Asbury Avenue.
MAY 26
Criminal Mischief
Possible known suspects damaged a 2006 Ford F350, 2007 Cadillac SRX and a 2008 Toyota Prius around 1 a.m. in the 3300 block of Amherst Street.
Criminal Mischief
A 45-year-old resident reported that an unknown person damaged his 2010 Toyota Corolla between 4:30 p.m. on May 25 and 12:30 a.m. on May 26 in the 4100 block of University Boulevard.
Theft
A 37-year-old resident of Garland reported that someone stole a diamond ring valued at $19,220 from her purse while she was at work between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on May 23 in the 6600 block of Snider Plaza.
Criminal Mischief
A 50-year-old resident reported that an unknown person threw an object at the rear window of her 2008 Ford F150, which caused it to break, between 10 p.m. on May 25 and 8 a.m. on May 26 in the 3600 block of McFarlin Boulevard.
Home Burglary
A 47-year-old resident reported that a suspect entered her garage through an unlocked door, poured bleach on furniture and other items that were inside and then stole some of her property between 5 p.m. on May 25 and 11:45 p.m. on May 26 in the 3700 block of Binkley Avenue.
MAY 27
Vehicle Burglary
A 43-year-old resident of Dallas reported that an unknown person broke into her 2010 Ford Expedition and stole an iPhone between 10:40 a.m. and 12:04 p.m. in the 8400 block of Tulane Boulevard.
