Criminal Mischief
A 50-year-old resident reported that an unknown person(s) shattered the driver's side window of her 2005 Mercedes between 10 p.m. Jan. 9 and 8 a.m. Jan. 10 in the 6300 block of High School Avenue.
Vehicle Burglary
A 50-year-old resident of Highland Park reported that an unknown person(s) broke a rear passenger's side window of his 2012 Cadillac Escalade and entered the vehicle at about 4 p.m. in the 6600 block of Snider Plaza.
Theft of Firearm
A 51-year-old resident, who lives in the 4300 block of Bryn Mawr Drive, reported that his $600 Glock handgun was stolen sometime between Dec. 26 and Jan. 9.
Vehicle Burglary
A 48-year-old resident of Irving reported that an unknown person(s) broke into his car and stole a laptop computer between 6:15 p.m. and 9:53 p.m. in the 4000 block of St. Andrews Drive.
JANUARY 14
Criminal Mischief
A 50-year-old resident reported that an unknown person(s) damaged the windows to her vehicle sometime on Jan. 13 in the 6300 block of High School Avenue.
Fraudulent Use of Identifying Info.
A 25-year-old resident, who lives in the 3300 block of Villanova Drive, reported that an unknown person(s) used her information to open "several unauthorized accounts" between Nov. 6 and Dec. 1.
Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon
A 31-year-old resident of Dallas reported that she was ordered to get out of a person's vehicle, and when she refused the person pulled out a knife around 3:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of Fondren Drive.
JANUARY 15
Failure to Give Information/Render Aid
A 19-year-old resident of San Antonio reported that a vehicle ran over his foot then left the scene of the accident without leaving information or rendering aid at 4:53 p.m. in the 3100 block of Daniel Avenue.
Criminal Mischief
A 38-year-old resident of Dallas reported that a person threw a beer bottle at the rear windshield of his taxicab at 11:09 p.m. in the 3400 block of McFarlin Boulevard.
