The Running Scots turned in a solid performance at the McNeil Invitational this past Saturday at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. Logan Gwinn, Jack Alessio, Stanton Geyer, Noah Culpepper, Matthew Meletio, Tyler Mead, and John Moss finished 37th overall in the boys gold varsity division. Top varsity performances were turned in by Logan Gwinn and Jack Alessio. The Junior Varsity finished 11th out of 37 teams competing. Runners who finished with personal best times on Saturday were Jack Alessio, Noah Culpepper, Matthew Meletio, Tyler Mead, John Moss, Matthew Hopkins, Rowan Hegarty, Will Caldwell, Aali Furqan, and Makay Hansen.
The Running Scots will compete this Friday, October 9th in the Mansfield Invitational at the Mansfield Sports Complex.
