APRIL 17

Home Burglary
A 41-year-old resident reported that an unknown person entered her house and stole a laptop computer between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. in the 3300 block of Wentwood Drive.

Theft
A 59-year-old resident reported that an unknown person stole his son's Kindle between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 9 in the 3200 block of Caruth Boulevard.

APRIL 18

Forgery
A 32-year-old resident of Dallas reported that someone attempted to cash a forged check around 2:45 p.m. in the 7000 block of Snider Plaza.

APRIL 19

Vehicle Burglary
A 49-year-old resident reported someone stole her driver's license from her unlocked vehicle between midnight and 6 a.m. in the 2700 block of Stanford Avenue.

Vehicle Burglary
A 25-year-old resident reported that a purse was stolen from her vehicle between 8 p.m. April 18 and 9 a.m. April 19 in the 2800 block of Purdue Street.

APRIL 20

Assault
A 31-year-old resident of Dallas reported that he was assaulted around 3 a.m. in the 6400 block of N. Central Expressway.

APRIL 21

Unauthorized Use of Vehicle
A 26-year-old resident of Rowlett reported that she gave her car keys to a man and told him that he could sit inside the vehicle and wait for ride, but he drove away in the car without permission between 11 p.m. and midnight in the 6600 block of Snider Plaza.

Theft
A 48-year-old resident reported that an unknown person removed the rear license plate from his vehicle between 6 p.m. April 20 and 6 a.m. April 21 in the 4400 block of Hanover Street.

APRIL 22

Striking Unattended Vehicle
A 2006 BMW X5 struck a parked 2011 Mercedes C300 and then the driver fled the scene around 1:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of Milton Avenue.

Striking Fixture
A 56-year-old resident reported that an unknown person struck his fence with a vehicle and then fled the scene between 10 p.m. April 21 and 9 a.m. April 22 in the 3700 block of Colgate Avenue.

APRIL 23

Vehicle Burglary
A 33-year-old resident reported that an unknown person stole a laptop computer from her vehicle between 9 p.m. April 22 and 7:30 a.m. April 23 in the 4200 block of Shenandoah Avenue.

Theft
A 47-year-old resident reported that diamond earrings were stolen from her house between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. April 20 in the 3600 block of University Boulevard.

Vehicle Burglary
A resident of Dallas reported that someone broke the driver's side window of his vehicle and stole a GPS device and radio between noon and 5:30 p.m. in the 6600 block of Snider Plaza.

Online Impersonation
A 19-year-old resident, who lives in the 3400 block of Normandy Avenue, reported that an unknown person hacked into her email and Facebook account.
