An unknown suspect removed an electric gate opener from inside a fence at a property in the 2500 block of University Boulevard between Sept. 24 and Sept. 26.

A 52-year-old resident in the 3600 block of Marquette Street reported that an unknown suspect tried to open a checking account in her name without her consent between Sept. 15 and Sept. 19.

A 43-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect stole her engagement rings, valued at more than $50,000, in the 4300 block of Windsor Parkway.

THEFT OF PROPERTY - EMBEZZLEMENT
Bank security reported an employee theft occurring on Aug. 19 in the 4300 block of Lovers Lane.
BURGLARY OF VEHICLE
A 49-year-old Arlington resident reported that an unknown suspect stole a saw from his trailer around 8:24 a.m. in the 3600 block of Binkley Avenue.

CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE
A 45-year-old resident in the 3800 block of Southwestern Boulevard reported that her received credit cards in the mail for accounts he did not open.
BURGLARY OF VEHICLE
A 50-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole several laptops in the 4300 block of Purdue Street.
