Celebrate the arrival of the new year with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve experience at Fairmont Dallas’ Pyramid Restaurant and Bar. On Tuesday, December 31, from 5 PM to 9 PM, guests are invited to an elegant New Year’s Eve Dinner. Curated by Executive Chef Adam Reson, the prix fixe menu will highlight Pyramid’s upscale, modern Texas cuisine and use only locally sourced ingredients for each course. Adults are $120/person. Amuse Bouche

  • Garlic Goat Cheese Panna Cotta, with mushroom duxelles.

Starters

  • Cognac Scented Lobster Bisque, with brown butter rock shrimp, confit fennel, and chive creme fraiche.

  • Wagyu Carpaccio, made with Texas beef wagyu and topped with pickled yellow beets, grana padano & shaved Périgord black truffle.

Entree (Select one)

  • Pan Seared Scallops with Maine Lobster Risotto, served with butter-roasted exotic mushrooms and brown butter garlic haricots verts.

  • Surf & Turf. Texas wagyu filet and poached lobster tail with potato au gratin, roasted heirloom thyme carrots & verjus demi.

Dessert

  • Milk & Honey Panna Cotta, made with fresh honeycomb and topped with dehydrated milk skin two ways, honey gel spheres & bee pollen.
