APRIL 25

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 48-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole approximately $290 worth of items from the curb in front of her residence at approximately 4:41 p.m. on April 25 in the 2800 block of Dyer Street. 

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 50-year resident told police that approximately $24,000 of jewelry was stolen from her residence between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on April 24 in the 4000 block of Amherst Street.

April 26

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 55-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole the copper downspouts from his residence between 11:09 a.m. on April 19 and 11:09 a.m. on April 26 in the 3800 block of Southwestern Boulevard.

BURGLARY OF HABITATION

 A 49-year-old resident told police that her Wolf grill was stolen from her unlocked residence between 12 p.m. on April 25 and 5 p.m. on April 26 in the 3400 block of Centenary Drive.

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 25-year-old Dallas resident reported that her iPhone 5 was stolen at about 5:30 p.m. on April 24 in the 8400 block of Preston Center Plaza.

APRIL 29

THEFT OF PROPERTY

An employee from the store Hemline reported a theft at about 4 p.m. on April 28 in the 4400 block of Lovers Lane.

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 35-year-old St. Louis, Mo., resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole an iPhone 5s and $200 from his locked gym locker between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on April 29 in the 6000 block of Preston Road.

APRIL 30

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 27-year-old resident told police that a gold necklace valued at approximately $300 was stolen from her residence between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. on April 28 in the 3400 block of Haynie Avenue.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 51-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) broke the window of her white 2012 Honda Civic and stole a purse between 10 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. on April 30 in the 6000 block of Preston Road.

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A Jimmy John’s employee reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole the car topper off a delivery driver’s vehicle at about 12:05 p.m. on April 30 in the 6400 block of Hillcrest Avenue. 

MAY 1

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A CVS Pharmacy employee told police that a flat iron was stolen at about 1:20 a.m. on May 1 in the 3000 block of Mockingbird Lane.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An employee from the Preston Road Pharmacy told police that an unknown suspect damaged the front door glass at about 5:53 a.m. on May 1 in the 6900 block of Preston Road.

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 55-year-old resident reported than an unknown suspects(s) stole a Weber grill and other items from his residence between 9 a.m. and 3 pm. on May 2 in the 4200 block of Caruth Boulevard.
