As a mother, with a toddler and a teen (no laughing), I see the importance clearly. My teen was educated in the HPISD system and I saw the start of Robin Hood. This financial crisis will impact us, don't kid yourself! With my toddler starting in a couple of years at Armstrong, I am worried about the impact on our children and their education. Don't forget this will domino to our pocket books (who do you think will make up the difference?) and to our property values.
Figure out, who you want representing your interests and the interests of your children. Voting is personal but do it!
