Registration Begins June 4th at 9AM
There are three ways to register:

• Join us at the City Fishing Derby- June 4th from 9AM until Noon at Caruth Park.  Look for Our Booth
• Go Online. http://www.uplibrary.org
• Come to the Library during our open hours and we will help you register

REGISTRATION ONLINE

1. Go to the Library's Website at www.uplibrary.org
2. Select the "Summer Reading Program" link
3. You will select the "Sign Me Up" link on the this page
4. You will assign a login and password for each child and fill out the registration fields

(School age children should select the hours option under Log Type, preschool
children can select the books option)

LOGGING

1. Once your child has read a number of hours/books, you may log this information
2. Go the Library's Website at www.uplibrary.org
3. Select the "Summer Reading Program" link
4. Fill out user name and password and submit
5. Select "Add/View Log" and enter the hours/books read
6. The software will scroll a message stating when you are eligible to receive a prize

(Please come to the Library to receive your prizes)

If you would prefer not to utilize the online logging software, please stop by the Library and the staff will register you.
