In a partnership focused on maintaining and increasing one’s mental, emotional and physical vitality, The Exercise Coach-Dallas and Ebenezer Wellness will host "Staying on Top of Your Game," a three-part lecture series kicking off today, March 6. 

The general public is invited to attend this free series, which will be presented by Pat and Mary Sculley, owners of The Exercise Coach-Dallas, and Elizabeth Naylor, owner of Ebenezer Wellness. The series includes the following dates and topics: 

  • Why am I wired and tired?

All attendees will receive four free sessions at The Exercise Coach, plus a free, 30-minute nutrition consult with Elizabeth Naylor. Chef Mark McDaniel, co-owner of ReMarkable Affairs Catering and Café, will participate at each lecture and discuss healthy food options that help gain and maintain health and fitness goals. McDaniel will prepare and offer refreshments reflecting the amazing work that he and his company do in their kitchen and at the ReMARKable Cafe.            

“Our goal as health and wellness professionals is to arm people with the information they need to be at their best physically, mentally and emotionally,” Mary Sculley said. “This lecture series will give people a starting point for leading a healthy lifestyle that will enhance vitality and strength for years to come.”
