On April 9 - between 9:00am and 2:00pm, Park Cities residents can drive through the Highland Park Middle School parking lot and dispose of a wide variety of paper products and documents including:
- Medical records
- Legal files
- Tax records
- Financial records
- Invoices
- Canceled checks
- Blueprints
- Contracts
- Payroll records
- Company letterhead
- Junk mail containing personal information
- Any information containing credit card, social security, driver license and account numbers
Greenstar Recycling will provide the shredder trucks for the event. Their personnel will shred the materials on site at no charge. A leader in the single-stream recycling process, the company recycles all of the refuse collected by University Park’s Sanitation Division. Greenstar will also have an educational trailer on site so that families can learn more about household recycling.
