Ford Motor Company announced this month that Randall Reed’s Park Cities Ford Lincoln of Dallas was recognized for Triple Crown performance in 2013, putting it in an elite group of just 23 Ford automotive dealerships of more than 3,000 nationwide.  The award is given for consistently meeting Ford’s strict performance standards in customer satisfaction, vehicle sales and warranty sales on an annual basis. 

The Triple Crown includes the Ford President’s Award for Customer Satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 for dealership sales performance and the Ford Customer Service Division ESP Premier Club for Ford vehicle warranty sales.  The dealership is a 14 time winner of the President’s Award.

Mr. Reed, President and CEO of World Class Automotive Group is recognized throughout Texas and the country for his innovative ideas in automotive marketing and customer service.  He explained that the Park Cities Ford Lincoln  performance is a reflection of his company’s 26-year philosophy and the dealership’s management team that puts the customer first at every transaction.
