Blackland Prairie Raptor Center - Friday, June 12, 10:00 a.m., Prather Park - There are raptors in the park this summer! Blackland Prairie Raptor Center will provide a presentation introducing children to the world of raptors and birds-of-prey. These hawks, owls and falcons are well trained and an important part of our environment. Discover their roles in the food chain, adaptations to hunt, and watch as they demonstrate their unique capabilities.

Suitable for all ages. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled.

 

Attendees of this event can earn 25 points towards the Summer Reading Program reading goal!
