Children’s Cancer Fund proudly celebrates 36 years of hope and heart! The 36th Annual Unbridled Courage Fashion Show & Gala will take place on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Hilton Anatole Dallas, beginning at 6 p.m. with a silent auction and VIP reception, followed by dinner, the fashion show, and program at 7 p.m.

Gala Co-Chairs Kasey Lemkin and Bina Palnitkar join Honorary Co-Chairs Troy Aikman and Dak Prescott to lead an inspiring evening celebrating the fearless spirit of children and families facing pediatric cancer. 

The Gala is expected to raise more than $2 million to support pediatric cancer research and treatment programs at Children’s Health and UT Southwestern. Aikman and Prescott will join other celebrities and sponsors on the runway as escorts for young patients, ages 5–15, who model fashions donated by Dillard’s, showcasing the true meaning of Unbridled Courage.
