POSITION PURPOSE

Partner I.T. is seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new customer information technology relationships to deploy Partner I.T.'s proven project and management skills. The Account Manager will be an integral part of the team and work closely with systems engineers, project managers and company management to develop long-term solutions for clients.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead sales efforts in new accounts
• Manage existing customer relationships
• Respond to new customer inquiries
• Prepare customer proposals and sales quotes
• Identify new product and targeted sales opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation
• Coordinate with accounting for recurring billing
• Coordinate with systems engineers for customer proposals
• Track activities in CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem solving abilities
• Strong self-motivation and work ethic
• Strong skills with PCs and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Familiarity with information technology (cloud, antivirus, voip, etc.)
• Familiarity with information providers (Microsoft, Google, Dell, etc.)

COMPENSATION

This position offers aggressive compensation for performance with a competitive base salary.
