Texans Should Embrace the Time Change. It’s One of Few Seasonal Markers We Have.The time to “fall back,” or set our clocks back one hour in a return to standard time, is once again nigh. As such, the biannual kvetch fest that always surrounds the twice-a-year shift is also upon us.
