Traditional furnishings are making a bold comeback! Think “granny chic” with Americana colors, turned legs, rolled arms, sofa skirts and classic colonial shapes. From large-scale florals to trellis prints, these elements are all back, but with a fresh twist—simpler, streamlined lines replace the overly ornate designs of the past. Integrating one or two pieces can add a classic touch, even if you prefer a more eclectic style. We’re thrilled about this revival!

Also known as reeding or fluting, tambour accents were everywhere. Classic roll-top desks and tables were popular, and we also saw these textured details on the sides of tables, chairbacks and other insets in a modernized style. It’s a beautiful way to add character and sophistication to any piece

Stripes are back in a big way, from bold to subtle, small to large-scale patterns. Textured stripes add a rich layer to fabrics and furniture alike, often paired with interesting materials like rattan, grasscloth or coated linen. Even case goods featured striped layers for added dimension. Fluted wood and grainy surfaces bring further depth to items that highlight natural wood.

Leather detailing was everywhere, from desks to mirrors, bedframes and pillows. Cognac, navy and white dominated, with this trend adding luxurious warmth to many designs. Leather’s timeless appeal makes it an easy addition to almost any style.

Curves are softening interiors across the board. Upholstered furniture, case goods and even fabric prints are embracing rounded edges and scalloped details. Whether you prefer mod, mid-century, contemporary or traditional, curved lines bring a fresh and welcoming touch.

Two color palettes stood out: vibrant jewel tones (fuchsia, navy and rich yellow) and earthy, autumn shades. These colors appeared in a mix of plush textures like velvet, mohair, bouclé and tweed, creating a depth and richness that was hard to resist. Green, in particular, was everywhere, offering a bold pop of color.

A shift from standard cocktail tables, chat-height tables (20-25 inches tall) offer a more functional and inviting option for playing games, enjoying a drink or gathering comfortably. Seen as standalone pieces or grouped in varied heights, they add versatility and visual interest to any space. Mixing materials and finishes is a great way to make these tables a striking design feature.

Game tables are back in a big way, with styles designed for everything from Mahjong to shuffleboard. They’re perfect for creating a dedicated game zone in large living spaces or as an alternative dining area for gatherings. These tables add fun and functionality, and we’re convinced they’re only going to grow in popularity!

Cordless LED lamps are now available in a wide range of styles, from classic to modern, making them ideal for spaces without outlets.
