Over 150 guests gathered on Saturday, January 31st at First United Methodist Church of Richardson’s Ogden Fellowship Hall to help celebrate The Warren Center’s first 2015 student graduation. Thirty students, dressed in cap and gown, walked the stage to graduate from The Warren Center’s Early Childhood Intervention program.
“It was a really special event.... I had tears of joy when Seth was able to walk across the stage to get his diploma. Walking is a pretty recent skill-he started in November. He has come a long way and it was a really sweet moment. He was 2 months old when we started with The Warren Center and [at the graduation] I just thought about how far he had come. He was so happy and so proud of himself when he was able to walk across the stage.” –Sherry Parma, mother of Seth.
The Warren Center services children birth to five years of age. Individual and group therapy is offered for children showing delays or disabilities in communication, social skills, motor/coordination skills, and sensory processing. For over 7 years The Warren Center has provided Early Childhood Intervention to children birth to five, working closely with families to ensure that every child has continued success.

This year in North Dallas County alone, one in 20 children will be born with a special need, one in 89 children will be diagnosed with autism and 85,000 children will need services to help them develop and thrive. At The Warren Center, it is our goal to provide services to these children and their families.
