Summer has been filled with festivities for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League debutantes in advance of the 33rd Annual Presentation Ball scheduled for February 9, 2019 at the Meyerson Symphony Hall.  

The debutantes attended a Dads and Debs Brunch on July 15 at the Dallas Country Club. Each dad and each debutante shared a special memory of each other. There were joyous and heartfelt stories given. 

A brief special musical performance was given by Young Strings member Felicitas Carro Alonzo. Proceeds from the Presentation Ball will benefit the education and community outreach programs for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra including the Young Strings program. 

The event was chaired by Diana Burns, Julie Kupp and Susan McCormick. Carla Leffert is the Presentation Ball Chair and Lisa Loy Laughlin is the DSOL President. Honorary Chairs are Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller.
