Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey and cigars from JM Patriarch, alongside a chef-curated menu featuring tomahawk steak and whole suckling pig, with special remarks from Master Blender Victoria Eady Butler, the first Black woman recognized as a Master Blender and the great-great-granddaughter of Nearest Green. The evening celebrates the legacy of Nathan “Nearest” Green, the first known African American master distiller, whose expertise helped shape the Tennessee whiskey-making tradition and who taught his craft to Jack Daniel.
