Open Palette is serving a special Valentine’s Day menu, created with love by Chef Damian Vega, on February 12 through February 14th between 5pm and 10pm for couples, Galentine's, families, or anyone who wants to enjoy a nice meal together. Open Palette offers modern American cuisine with a bold spin on flavors and is located inside Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Downtown Dallas. 

The special menu includes a Surf & Turf plate featuring an 8 oz. Wagyu Sirloin, a delicious Cupid’s Arrow dessert, a festive and tasty signature cocktail called The Rose, and wine options.
