2023 Valentine's Day Dinner Menu at Open Palette

Pair Valentine’s Day with delicious food and cocktails at Open Palette in Downtown Dallas. Love will fill in the air at Open Palette on Tuesday, February 14th with a special Valentine’s Day dinner menu with cocktail pairings. 

Open Palette is located inside Sheraton Dallas in downtown and offers fresh, flavorful American classics inspired by its Dallas roots. 

The Valentine’s Day dinner menu features an Apple & Pecan Baked Brie appetizer, Pomegranate Salad, the choice between Salmon Steak with Lobster Risotto or Bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon & Poached Prawn as the main dish, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert.  

The price is $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity) with the option to include cocktail pairings for a total of $145. 

For the cocktail pairings, the appetizer will be paired with the Bitter Hearts Know Better cocktail which is a concoction of hibiscus infused gin, fresh fig puree, locally sourced honey, fresh lemon and rosemary. The salad cocktail pairing is the Scarlett Kiss featuring champagne, pink grapefruit shrub, homemade strawberry syrup, and fresh pomegranate. The Hearts On Fire cocktail will be served with the main dish and includes house infused Guajillo pepper rum, fresh mango, fresh citrus and cranberry reduction. Lastly, dessert will be accompanied by the Love Potion cocktail, a mix of 50/50 blend of rye and bourbon, house-made smoked pecan demerara and peach bitters.
