Fairmont Dallas, the iconic hotel located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, welcomes you to EMBER, its new pop-up bar featuring art and a new food and beverage menu by Executive Sous Chef Katie Symons.
Draped in warm tones and soft lighting, EMBER aims to invoke a spark in guests to indulge in this intimate setting, located at Ross and Akard Streets in the Fairmont Artist-in-Residence space. Guests will enjoy works of art created by Executive Sous Chef Katie Symons, inspired by the urban landscape of Dallas that surrounds EMBER and its glass façade. Sous Chef Katie is a lifelong artist whose passion grew during the past eighteen months, sharing her work and learning from others on online communities before depicting scenes of Dallas on the larger-than-life canvases in EMBER.
A special food and beverage menu has been developed by Executive Chef Jean-Francois Fortin and Sous Chef Katie, including the following seared, smoked, and savory items:
