Turtle Creek Association, a non-profit organization whose primary focus is to enhance, preserve and protect the Turtle Creek Corridor, provides the key to four high-rise residences and one single-family home for their 2016 Home Tour on April 10 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The tour climaxes with a separately ticketed post tour reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the historic home of Trammell S. The 2016 Turtle Creek Association Home Tour is the primary fundraiser for the non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Turtle Creek area’s 87 acres of greenways and parklands. The tour offers attendees a rare opportunity to walk through an impressive assortment of luxury homes customized by notable Dallas designers.
This designer showcase of homes offers a rare look at high-rise and upscale living in the Turtle Creek area. Members of Turtle Creek Association serve as docents in each home sharing information about the owners’ personal art collections, accoutrements and the connection with local artists, designers, architects and builders.

14 Turtle Creek Bend
Located on the banks of Turtle Creek this three bedroom, three bath home was transformed by architect, Paul Pedigo, and interior designer, Lee Lormand, into light, open, livable spaces that integrate the soft contemporary design of the interior with the beauty of the creek and treed setting. The owners abstract and contemporary art collection includes many Texas artists including ceramic artist Marla Ziegler, sculptors Deborah Ballard and Michael O’Keefe as well as works by Frank Brown, Susan Sales, Gregg Coker, and Devin Nowlin.
The Warrington, 3831 Turtle Creek Blvd
Former Dallas Mayor and Texas Instruments co-founder, Erik Johnson, originally owned this spectacular two-story penthouse. With the help of interior designer, Elizabeth Robertson, the current owners replaced contemporary decor with Old World European ambiance. Their passion for fine art collecting began many years ago with a portrait by renowned 19th century painter, Nadar (Gaspard-Félix Tournachon), with the background painted by Claude Monet. In addition to an extensive antique and art collection, porcelain dealer Dana Moore, helped acquire an unrivaled collection for the home that includes rare Staffordshire and Delftware pieces.

Park Towers, 3310 Fairmount St.
Inspired by the mid-century architecture of the Park Towers building, Gary Owens Design, combines mid-century and art deco design elements mixed with modern furnishings to create an elegant yet comfortable home. Large balconies and floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular views of the city. The mid-century modern style is reflected throughout in the furnishings and art highlighted by a commissioned bronze sculpture by Guy Dill, the focal point of the living room.

Tour tickets may also be purchased on the day of the tour at the tour’s central parking location, or at any of the homes.
Home Tour tickets are $60.00 for non-Turtle Creek Association members and $50.00 for members. Early bird tickets through March 31st are $54 for nonmembers and $45 for members. A limited number of After Party tickets are $125 each and will be sold on a first-come, first serve basis.
Parking: Parking will be available at 3811 Turtle Creek Blvd. Located at Turtle Creek and Blackburn; the building is next door to the Turtle Creek Village complex.
Shuttles: Buses will shuttle guests from the Park Creek Place garage to all homes on the tour and can be met at any tour location.
