Pyramid at Fairmont Dallas is offering exquisite five-course, prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinners on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 with seatings from 5 to 9:30 PM, accompanied by live music to set the tone. Plus, guests may opt in for optional wine pairings from Orin Swift and a guided tasting experience with a seasoned sommelier. Dinner is priced at $79/person. Amuse-Bouche

• Mini Tomato Cornet with Lobster Salad.

Soup Du Jour

• Thai Coconut Curry Soup. Topped with crispy brown butter mushroom and grilled chicken, served with grilled ciabatta bread.

Starter

• Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Topped with smoked pepper remoulade and Frisée garden.

Main Course (choose one)

• Pan Seared Halibut. Served with hibiscus cauliflower puree, pickled red onion, purple cauliflower florets, grilled radicchio, and Champagne vinaigrette.

• Lamb Chop. Served with purple potato puree, pickled red onion, purple cauliflower florets, grilled radicchio, and Champagne vinaigrette.

• Half Chicken. Served with celeriac puree, braised kale, and demi-glace.

Dessert

• Strawberry Chocolate Rose.
