The event raised more than $11,000 and was a great success.

DALLAS-- Dec. 10, 2015-- Dallas’ young professional community recently came together on Nov. 12 for the sixth annual Fall Fest. The event benefited Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), a donor-supported volunteer youth mentoring organization that has been placing caring adults in the lives of children in one-to-one mentoring relationships since 1927. This year’s event raised more than $11,000 for BBBS, the most money the Fall Fest event has raised to date.

"What started several years ago as a small networking happy hour, has evolved into a fully sponsored charitable event with hundreds of attendees. This year’s event at The Bomb Factory was the biggest and best yet, and all for a great cause." said Fall Fest Chair, Dave Wishnew.

Wishnew along with Fall Fest Vice Chair, Chase Lewis, and leaders from the metroplex’s top young professional groups organized another successful event attended by more than 400 young professionals at The Bomb Factory in Deep Ellum. The night was filled with networking, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and raffle prizes including two roundtrip tickets from Southwest Airlines. All proceeds from the event including raffle sales were donated to BBBS.
