The Highland Park Town Council will be hosting a special meeting to "consider the approval of an ordinance implementing a negotiated rate change for Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC," according to the Highland Park city website.
The meeting will occur at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Second Floor Council Chamber of the Highland Park Town Hall, which is located at 4700 Drexel Dr.
