The Highland Park High School girls junior varsity basketball team has now been dubbed "The Magnificent Seven + 1."

For a portion of this season, the Lady Scots JV squad only had seven members on its roster and was nicknamed "The Magnificent Seven," but the team recently added an additional player, and therefore "+ 1" has been tacked onto the end of squad's title.

Throughout the remainder of the basketball season, BubbleLife will be posting videos of HP's girls basketball teams submitted by fans in addition to the standard coverage of stories and photos. Below is an introductory video of "The Magnificent Seven + 1."
