There is a little buzz going on in the neighborhood about a "Tree Guy" on a bike.  He is white, large frame with reddish blonde hair.  Apparently, he is offering to cut trees but has no knowledge of trees and is a bit suspiious acting.  Keep your eyes open and be aware...
