What does wellness really mean? These days, it seems wellness provides more questions than answers. At every level -  economy, food, environment, medicine, care, family, genetics, longevity, quality of life - it seems there are no clear cut answers or easy guidelines to help us navigate being alive on the planet. So, I decided to point my compass in the direction of keeping myself  well - not avoiding disease and aging, but transforming it. Anything that points me in this direction is fair game...diet, exercise, health care techniques, mind and spirit - it's all good.

One of my favorites is reflexologyfor a lot of reasons. It's very compact - feet and hands, very portable, great for circulation, nerve flow and referred pains, great on stress reduction because it's so relaxing...have been looking around for someone who does reflexology and found someone at the park cities ymca. I'm  so happy to find someone in the area who is a practicing reflexologist. This person is a LMT and has been practicing for the last 16 years. When my feet are happy, everything's happy.
