On Sunday, November 2, 2014, CARE (Chemical Awareness, Resources & Education) thanked donors and sponsors of the 30th Annual CARE Breakfast at the beautiful home of Natalie and Mike McGuire. Guests gathered the night before the breakfast to mingle with CARE Breakfast Honorary Co-chairs Ellen and Clayton Kershaw and enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres from Mi Cocina.
CARE Executive Director, Pam Murray, and CARE Breakfast Chair, Shirley Cohn, gathered guests in the living room to thank them for their generous donations that support the mission of CARE and its programs which serve those within the community suffering from drug and alcohol dependencies. They went on to say that because of this support, they are able to impact more than 10,000 families annually. Bob White, Dallas market executive of Bank of Texas, the presenting sponsor, also gave remarks.
