Dallas chocolate enthusiasts will convene at the Addison Conference Centre on Saturday, September 10 for the seventh annual Dallas Chocolate Festival (DCF) presented by DallasChocolate.org. A celebration of chocolate makers and chocolatiers, guests are invited to meet the artisans, watch live demonstrations of the chocolate making process, and sample and shop from over 35 vendor participants.
Since its inception in 2010, Dallas Chocolate Festival has more than tripled in size, showcasing nationally recognized chocolate makers as well as local talents. “It’s always been our mission to educate the public about the artistry of chocolate and highlight the makers and artisans behind craft chocolate,” says DCF founder Sander Wolf.

Ticket Prices are $30 for adults, $5 for children under 12, and $75 for VIP tickets. VIP tickets include early access to the event, goody bag, event t-shirt, and chocolate samples. Magic Tickets include Movie Night, VIP pass for Saturday, all three Sunday classes, t-shirt and goody bag ($300).
Tickets can be purchased for entry times spread throughout the day from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Exclusive VIP Entry will begin at 9:00 a.m. with general admission times at 10:00 a.m.,11:30 a.m.,1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Demonstrations and classes will be ongoing throughout the day.
New to the festival in 2016, DCF adds Chocolate Festival Movie Night to the line-up with a screening of the documentary “Bean to Bar: A Film About Artisan Chocolate” on Friday, September 9th at 7:00 p.m. The film beautifully explores the trailblazing journey of some of America’s craft chocolate pioneers and the renaissance they inspired. Madame Cocoa will lead a Q&A session with the film producer Bob Ridgely as well as two of the films featured chocolate makers -- Art Pollard from Amano Chocolate and Rob Anderson from Fresco Chocolate. Cost is $100 per person and includes a cocktail, nibbles, and chocolate lover’s concession stand.
Additionally, three limited seating classes on chocolate making, chocolate treats, and chocolate tasting will be held on Sunday, September 11 at Perfect Temper Kitchen in Plano. Each class is $60 per person or $150 for all three.
