Haystack Burgers and Barley celebrates a four year anniversary for the original Richardson outpost of the eatery on Thursday, April 13.  To celebrate the milestone, Haystack will offer FREE homemade banana pudding to restaurant diners in Richardson as well as the newly opened Turtle Creek Village location (while supplies last).

Jenny and Kevin Galvan opened Haystack Burgers and Barley in 2013 and quickly became a staple in the Richardson neighborhood.  Kevin is the fourth generation of restaurant owners in his family and previously owned and operated Ricardo’s Tex Mex in Allen.  Some of the family recipes can be found on the Haystack menu. 

Haystack Burgers and Barley is located at 100 S.
