Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 26, 2019!

Mercury One’s M1Ball 2019 announcements were made at the Kick-Off party hosted by Samuel Lynne Galleries to a crowd of business and community leaders, along with longtime supporters of the nonprofit.

One of the gallery’s owners, JD Miller, chatted with guests about current exhibits at the gallery, including works by artists Lea Fisher, Metis Atash and the world-renowned photographer David Yarrow.

Mercury One’s executive director Suzanne Bock Grishman welcomed the crowd and thanked everyone for joining in the celebration. She said that Mercury One was founded by Glenn Beck and is a nonprofit humanitarian aid and education organization focused on restoring the human spirit. Initiatives include the Leadership Training Program, which provides students the opportunity to study first-hand our nation’s founding documents and artifacts, assisting veterans, providing aid to those in disaster and crisis and restoring the lives of over 20,000 persecuted Christians and others who have been displaced, held captive and enslaved around the world. In 2018, Mercury One spent almost $750,000 in relief aid to support those affected by the two devastating hurricanes which hit areas of the East Coast, including the Carolinas and the Florida Panhandle. Mercury One could not stand idly by while people in these communities were affected by severe flooding and loss of power.  Suzanne said to expect a total immersion experience called “12 Score & Three Years Ago” happening June 29 through July 7, 2019 at the Mercury Studios, which will be transformed into a temporary museum with an experience that will address slavery and abolition in America and beyond, and show people how to become a modern abolitionist during Black History Month.

After introducing Mercury One’s COO, Michael Little and Director of Development, John McCarty, Suzanne urged everyone to mark their calendars now for Saturday, October 26, 2019 for the M1Ball, which will feature a pre-gala VIP reception for sponsors and underwriters at certain levels including a VIP Meet and Greet With Glenn Beck, seated dinner, silent and live auctions, a luxury car raffle and celebrity guests. Individual tickets are $250. Patron Individual tickets are $500 each and include special seating and a pass to the Patron Party. Sponsorship levels begin at $5,000 with levels up to presenting sponsor of $100,000, all with fabulous benefits and invitations to the Patron Party.
