 eature their rosé offerings at special prices Thursday\, June 6 through Su
 nday\, June 9 in celebration of  National   Rosé Day  ( which is technical
 ly  Sat\, June 8). Enjoy a variety of rosé by the glass or sample “La Vie
  en Rosé” - a flight of 3 rosé sparklings. They have created two specialty
  cocktails for the occasion: Enjoy the  Lady Whistledown  (14) comprised o
 f Gratien & Meyer sparkling rosé\, Chambord\, lemon\, and rosé syrup or  T
 he Eloise  (14) made with William Chris sparkling rosé\, vodka\, grapefrui
 t\, lemon\, and  rosé syrup. Coupes will offer 15+ rosé bottles (both true
  champagnes and sparklings) and 4 still wines by the bottle. A specialty
   Strawberry Rosé Champagne Cake  will also be added to the menu that week
 end as a sweet treat. A rosé is a type of wine that incorporates some of t
 he color from the grape skins\, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine
  and it perfectly mixes fresh\, fruity flavors\, bright acidity\, and love
 ly colors to create a unique and exciting category of vino. It may be the
  oldest known type of wine\, as it is the most straightforward to make wit
 h the skin contact method. Rosé can be still or sparkling\, and range in t
 aste from sweet to dry. Rosé can be made with almost any variety of red wi
 ne grape\, with the lighter color and flavor being achieved by certain fer
 mentation techniques. From its exquisite color to its fascinating producti
 on and its myriad food pairing possibilities\, this famous “pink” wine has
  history\, culture\, and flavor that make it an essential of any collectio
