DESCRIPTION:Celebrating its 34th year\, this fabulous and fun party has bee
 n an ongoing fundraising event sponsored by the Women’s Council of the Dal
 las Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Monies raised assist with the developm
 ent\, growth and maintenance of A Woman’s Garden\, a major garden at the D
 allas Arboretum.    Guests travel from all over the United States\, planni
 ng their trips to Dallas not only to take part in the Mad Hatter’s Tea Par
 ty – many in wild and wonderful over-the-top hats - but to view the glorio
 us springtime azalea displays and flowers that grace the Dallas Arboretum.
  Event : Event includes champagne reception and hat judging. Hats are judg
 ed in different categories. There is a delicious tea and a fashion show wi
 th fashions from Tootsies produced by Jan Strimple. \n Emcee:  Calvert Col
